A hands-on opportunity to get an insider’s view of what makes us an industry leader. You will join one of Lettuce’s dedicated corporate teams - plus, you’ll spend an exciting summer in metro Chicago!

PLEASE NOTE: Corporate opportunities are very limited. We typically have 1 opening per summer within Accounting, Public Relations, Social Media, Human Resources, IT and Architecture & Design. We typically have 5-6 Marketing opportunities per summer; some within the Corporate office setting and others within the restaurants.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements depend on the corporate position - however, we are looking for internship or other experience within your field
  • Hourly restaurant experience is a big plus
  • Interns are responsible for finding their own summer housing and transportation
