Requirements:
 
  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing 
  • Proficiency in Fishbowl Email/Digital Marketing, Paid Social Marketing Ads, Google Analytics, Content/Creative Design Development, and copywriting preferred

Essential Functions
 
  • Strategize, create and execute email and digital marketing campaigns for divisional stores
  • Monitor and update store websites, newsletters, social media platforms, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Ability to occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds

 
Key Responsibilities and Duties
 
  • Oversee Fishbowl Email Marketing program and manage all aspects of Division-wide email database growth and list development strategies on a store-by-store basis
  • Manage email initiatives and paid social advertising using strategic targeting, list segments, personalize content and scheduling practices to maximize impact/minimize unsubscribes
  • Implement digital email coupon campaigns and welcome offers through Fishbowl’s Promotions Manager program 
  • Analyze bi-weekly and monthly reports for General Managers/Partners on A/B Testing and educate team on findings, ROI performance and implications
  • Organize and maintain email editorial calendar to be approved by Director of Marketing
  • Work alongside Social Media Team on paid social initiatives using strategic targeting and budgeting practices to maximize impact/minimize costs
  • Work with team to ensure emails and social ads are proofread and approved in a timely fashion
  • Lead Marketing Team in optimization of full multi-channel digital and promotional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and meet store business goals
  • Effectively collaborate with Design & Web Teams on project briefs for digital and print materials to keep content forward-thinking
  • Update website(s) as needed; and monitor SEO/SEM to drive traffic to websites and increase visibility on search engines
  • Work with Marketing Team to develop and manage trackable links execution for full-scale reporting on marketing efforts and conversions
  • Review and manage Google Analytics reports monthly to determine top traffic drivers for each brand, including demographic, consumer behavior, acquisitions and conversion goals
  • Create impactful content for special events and promotional copy for restaurant’s monthly newsletters, websites and social media channels
  • Assist in copywriting and reviewing blog posts that highlight restaurant happenings and events for LEYE’s In the Know blog
  • Work with LEYE Corporate Team on urgent communications specific to restaurants, as well as maintain updates for restaurant press kits, fact sheets and partner & chef bios
  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of photoshoots and video filming segments for media and LEYE projects; including employee/poster releases; work with Legal Team to obtain a COI forms.
