Join Our Leadership Team as a Store-Level Hourly Recruiter

 We’re looking for a store-level HOURLY RECRUITER to coordinate and oversee all aspects of hourly recruitment for specific restaurants within the Beatrix division.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) sourcing leads; assisting in screening and interviewing candidates; checking references; attending hiring events; administering background checks; coordinating interviews with General Managers and partners; working with Divisional Marketing Managers on social media strategies for recruitment; and coordinating with Corporate Recruiters when needed.

  • Ability to learn and use the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all steps of the hiring process
  • Strong investigative skills and the ability to get people to open up and feel at ease
  • Open availability to include weekdays and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and remain flexible to changing needs
  • Skilled in interacting with all levels of partners/management 
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Internet-based programs

  Job SummaryCoordinate and oversee all aspects of hourly recruitment for assigned LEYE restaurants.  Essential Functions
  • Proficiency in use and operation of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the recruitment of internal and external candidates
  • Assist in screening, interviewing, coordinating of GM/team interviews, background checks, reference checks, and verbal offers
  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment 
  • Ability to occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds
 Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Complete all steps of the standard hiring process and record keeping within the ATS to maintain compliance 
  • Communicate and collaborate with LEYE Recruiting Team as needed regarding active posting strategies and candidates in progress 
  • Source candidate leads through passive and active applicant sources/referrals
  • Attend regular interviewing and recruitment events on weekends as well as weekdays 
  • Review and screen applicant resumes
  • Phone screen applicants via telephone or video technology
  • Interview potential candidates by telephone, video technology, or in person
  • Present appropriate candidates to partners and managers
  • Administer background check information to candidates
  • Contact Recruiting Team to review background check results and communicate results to General Managers 
  • Provide ATS training and support to restaurant teams to drive ATS usage
  • Confirm that accurate hourly hiring needs are posted to LEYE Career Site
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and restaurant managers through effective communication and follow-through 
  • Develop a working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Work with divisional Marketing Manager to utilize social media strategies for recruiting
  • Assist in special projects as needed
  • Proficiency in the use and operation of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook 
  • Get along well with others and act as a team player 
  • Other duties assigned as needed
