  As Marketing Analyst, you will: 
  • Utilize data from our various customer touchpoints (Loyalty, POS, OpenTable, email, social, etc.) to identify consumer insights and drive marketing strategies
  • Quantify effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and execute A/B testing plans to optimize advertising and promotions
  • Develop and populate executive dashboards to help the senior executive team make critical decisions and understand the day-to-day health of the business
  • Build statistical models to increase personalization of marketing efforts and predict customer behavior
  • Design and launch consumer research to inform development of marketing and loyalty programs
  • Present research recommendations to senior stakeholders 
 What you’ll bring: 
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (such as mathematics, science, economics, finance, business or marketing)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects with many stakeholders
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and maintaining an attention to detail
  • An innovative, entrepreneurial mindset; the ability to develop and implement new analytic capabilities 
  • A record of crafting cohesive, strategic, actionable recommendations that drive results
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) 
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
 A big plus if you also have experience with:
 
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.)
  • Statistical modeling
  • Web, digital marketing and social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook insights, etc.)
  • Data blending, cleansing and management

  JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating actionable marketing and operational strategies based on analysis of sales, customer and marketing data. 
 
DUTIES: (Other duties will be assigned as needed)Must be willing and able to do the following:

  • Develop and populate executive dashboards to help the executive team make critical decisions and understand the day-to-day health of the business.
  • Present analysis and business recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and launch consumer research to inform development of marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Create and execute A/B testing plans to optimize advertising and promotions.
  • Build statistical models to increase personalization of marketing efforts and predict customer behavior. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and explore opportunities to support customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling.
  • Quantify effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and multi-channel attribution.
  • Assist in educating the marketing and restaurant teams on measurement and analysis of consumer data to optimize business performance. 
  • Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau or other business intelligence tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Work on and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Balance multiple projects at once. 
  • Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers, partners, corporate staff, and coworkers.
