What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical Loyalty management role
  • Experience with current marketing automation software
  • Skilled in quantitative analysis, including analyzing and influencing customer lifecycle behaviors
  • Ability to troubleshoot and effectively collaborate with individuals and teams 
  • Strong writing and general communication skills

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the analysis of the loyalty program. Responsible for creating campaigns and incorporating actionable strategies and measurable objectives based on analysis of sales, customer and marketing data. 
Essential Functions
  • Oversee the analysis of the loyalty program and incorporate strategies based on analysis of data
  • Create test and learn campaigns to gain better understanding of customer behavior
  • Create campaigns that apply personalized messaging and integrate analytics, member preferences and knowledge of customer lifecycle
  • Create contact strategies for member communications 
  • Develop strategies for acquisition of new loyalty members and engagement of current members
  • Manages and develops implementation of processes, protocols and/or tools to support established standards 
  • Collaborate and/or take lead in resolving highly complex problems within scheduled time and recommends strategic changes as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in order to develop strategies that mitigate loss and/or optimize profitability and improve workflow, processes and relationships 
  • Conduct marketing measurement and ROI on promotions
  • Research and recommend future Loyalty program developments 
  • Oversee creation and implementation of select program initiatives                      
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and office equipment 
  • Ability to communicate in English in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
  • Able to occasionally move and/or lift up to 10 pounds

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist in the segmentation of members to target with direct mail, email and SMS campaigns
  • Utilize triggered, automated and predictive messaging to reduce program churn and promote engagement
  • Ensure issues related to the loyalty program are tracked, prioritized and resolved
  • Work closely with partners, the loyalty team, and others as needed to ensure that deadlines are met 
  • Work with the team on content and messaging for campaigns and promotions
  • Supervise and manages execution of team projects as needed
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Get along well with others and act as a team player
