RPM Italian D.C.Hiring Experienced Sous Chef 
Hungry for a unique opportunity? Come work in a chef-driven restaurant and work with Culinary Partner Doug Psaltis. RPM Italian is looking for a Sous Chef who is strong in their attention-to-detail, and can effectively lead and mentor a large team. We’re excited for our Sous Chef to learn great systems and how to be a part of a kitchen with operational discipline, all while still embracing their creativity. If you’re strong with financials and/or bilingual, that’s a huge plus.
Candidates must:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role (3 years preferred!)
  • Have availability and be strong enough to work closing shifts with attention to detail & mentorship of Cook team.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen
Any experience with food cost, labor cost and ordering practices is a plus.
