Seeking A Marketing Analyst To Join Our Corporate Team

  • Utilize data from our various customer touchpoints (Loyalty, POS, OpenTable, email, social, etc.) to identify consumer insights and drive marketing strategies
  • Quantify effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and execute A/B testing plans to optimize advertising and promotions
  • Develop and populate executive dashboards to help senior executive team make critical decisions and understand the day-to-day health of the business
  • Build statistical models to increase personalization of marketing efforts and predict customer behavior
  • Design and launch consumer research to inform development of marketing and loyalty programs
  • Have the opportunity to present research recommendations to senior stakeholders
 What you’ll bring: 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as science, mathematics, economics, business or marketing
  • Proven ability to turn data into hard recommendations that improve business results
  • Excellent skills in problem solving
  • Highly skilled in using Excel
  • Excellent writing and PowerPoint skills -- a strong ability to craft cohesive, strategic, actionable recommendations
 A big plus if you also have experience with:
 
  • Statistical modeling
  • Business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Qlik 
  • Google Analytics or other web analytics tools 
 This position is located at our corporate office on the far north side of Chicago (5419 N. Sheridan Road).

  Job SummaryResponsible for creating actionable marketing and operational strategies based on analysis of sales, customer and marketing data.  Essential Functions
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and multi-channel attribution
  • Develop and populate executive dashboards to help the executive team make critical decisions and understand the day-to-day health of the business
  • Design and launch consumer research to inform development of marketing and loyalty programs
  • Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and Google Analytics
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and explore opportunities to support customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Ability to communicate in English in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
