Job Description

Position: Nightlife Marketing & Guest Relations Coordinator Effective: August 2018 Job SummaryOversees phone and email inquiries, takes reservations, maintaining accurate guest profiles, and acts as a goodwill ambassador to guests.  Utilize marketing strategies to plan to grow the business, drive sales, and create more regular guests.  Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in guest relations, restaurant experience preferred 
  • Full-time availability, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday with occasional hours while the night club is in operations
Duties
  • Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs
  • Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile
  • Manage all email inquiries & reservations 
  • Recommend/coordinate LEYE restaurant brunch, lunch & dinner reservations for nightclub guests
  • Manage guest relations platform to track reservations and update guests profile’s 
  • Manage guest compliments / complaints 
  • Coordinate uniforms with management for special events
  • Coordinate cakes, balloons & other special occasion festive needs
  • Help create monthly events to drive additional revenue
  • Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy 
  • Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment such as Seven Rooms, OpenTable, and TOC  
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Ability to get along well with others and be a team player
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed
 Essential Functions
  • Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
  • Ability to communicate in English in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
  • Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
  • Able to occasionally move and/or lift up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
